Director
Stancey has over 20 years of experience in the field of Family Law, specifically in respect of parental rights, guardianship, care and contact, divorces and child law.
Stancey’s expertise also extends to several fields of law, including High Court (with right of appearance) and Magistrates Court litigation, Commercial Law and Maintenance.

Serish Mungul
Director
Serish holds a BA LLB (Distinction), together with a PGC qualification in Prospecting and Mining Law from the Mandela Institute (Wits University).
He has significant experience in Corporate, Criminal, Commercial and Mining law, including matters relating to mining title registration, mining transactions (regulatory and compliance) and all aspects of the MPRDA.
Serish has successfully advised both local and international mining houses within South Africa, China, Europe, Tanzania, Kenya, Zambia and the United Arab Emirates.
His expertise further extends to all aspects of criminal law including trials, specialised commercial crimes and bail proceedings, with the right to appear in the High Court of South Africa.
He is a recognised member of the World Association of Mining Lawyers, London.
